Job Description

  • Soạn thảo và quản lý hợp đồng hợp tác với các KOL/Influencer/Báo đài/Agency.
  • Phối hợp với bộ phận kế toán để thực hiện và theo dõi thanh toán cho đối tác theo tiến độ hợp đồng.
  • Thực hiện booking KOL/KOC định kỳ và theo chiến dịch cho các brand của công ty dựa trên định hướng và đề xuất từ bộ phận Marketing Brand.
  • Phối hợp với bộ phận Marketing Brand theo dõi và nghiệm thu các sản phẩm bookings.

Job Requirement

  • Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳngtrở lên các khối ngành: Kinh tế,Thương mại, Ngoại giao, Marketing,...
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có kiến thức về kế toán, pháp lý liên quan đến soạn thảo và thanh toán Hợp đồng
  • Tiếng Anh tốt là một lợi thế
  • Kỹ năng cập nhật và tổng hợp số/dữ liệu
  • Kỹ năng lập kế hoạch báo cáo
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếptốt, có khả năng xử lý tình huống nhanh
  • Làm việc nhóm và cá nhân, chủ động và quản lý công việc hiệu quả
  • Cẩn thận, chăm chỉ, tring thực
