Job Description

  • Lên ý tưởng thiết kế các ấn phẩm truyền thông offline và online (poster, standee, voucher, catalogue, banner web, facebook poster/ads, email template...), từ ý tưởng cho đến thực thi;
  • Quản lý và tuân thủ chặt chẽ Tài liệu chỉ dẫn thương hiệu (brand guidelines)
  • Tham gia thiết kế, xây dựng và cải thiện nội dung Website theo từng chiến dịch
  • Báo cáo tình hình thực hiện các công việc được giao cho Trưởng phòng MKT và Giám đốc (theo tuần, tháng và theo chiến dịch);
  • Thực hiện các công việc khác do Trường phòng MKT/Giám đốc giao để hỗ trợ công việc của phòng MKT.

Job Requirement

  • Kinh nghiệm công tác: 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm thiết kế cho thương hiệu, có hiểu biết về mảng Mỹ phẩm là một lợi thế
  • Làm việc độc lập và làm việc theo nhóm
  • Chi tiết, sáng tạo và cẩn thận
  • Có trách nhiệm, nhanh nhạy, quảng giao, trung thực, yêu nghề
  • Am hiểu về thị trường đặc biệt là thị trường mỹ phẩm, làm đẹp.
  • Thành thạo các công cụ thiết kế: Photoshop, Illustrator/Indesign
  • Hiểu biết về thiết kế cho các công cụ online (web, email...) và các công cụ offline (poster, voucher, catalogue, không gian gian hàng/triển lãm...)
  • Hiểu biết về các chất liệu in ấn 
  • Biết sử dụng các phần mềm làm phim/flash/motion graphic là một lợi thế
