Job Description

  • Lập kế hoạch và thực hiện các kế hoạch Marketing đã được phê duyệt; đóng góp ý tưởng cho các chương trình marketing;
  • Tổng hợp báo cáo sau mỗi chương trình marketing; phân tích & đánh giá điểm được, chưa được; đưa ra giải pháp, đề xuất.
  • Quản trị fanpage, website, viết bài chuẩn SEO, PR, forum seeding;
  • Lên nội dung và ý tưởng thiết kế các ấn phẩm, profile, brochure, poster, card, tờ rơi, hình ảnh banner,...;
  • Lên ý tưởng, kịch bản, tổ chức và giám sát các hoạt động event, activation, quay video, chụp ảnh sản phẩm,…;
  • Nghiên cứu thị trường, khách hàng mục tiêu, đối thủ cạnh tranh để đưa ra các kế hoạch Marketing hiệu quả;
  • Tìm kiếm đối tác liên kết trao đổi voucher, tài trợ/ tổ chức sự kiện,…giúp gia tăng doanh thu & nhận diện thương hiệu;
  • Phối hợp với bộ phận bán hàng & chăm sóc khách hàng tiếp nhận phản hồi của khách hàng trước & sau mỗi chương trình nhằm cải thiện, nâng cao hiệu quả các hoạt động marketing;

Job Requirement

  • Am hiểu về thị trường đặc biệt là thị trường mỹ phẩm, làm đẹp.
  • Có khả năng quản lý thông tin và xử lý thông tin tốt
  • Có khả năng viết bài, sáng tạo & tư duy ngôn ngữ tốt
  • Có kiến thức về các kênh truyền thông trên mạng xã hội
  • Có kinh nghiệm, hiểu biết về tổ chức các sự kiện, hoạt động truyền thông
  • Có trách nhiệm, nhanh nhạy
  • Cẩn thận, chi tiết, khả năng tác nghiệp độc lập, chủ động
  • Có kinh nghiệm từ 1 đến 2 năm trong lĩnh vực quảng cáo – truyền thông, Marketing digital,...
